the rooms were regularly cleaned and the cleaning lady always had a smile for everyone. Another advantage was that there was a huge can of drinking water kept in the room, very helpful. The location of the hotel was also relatively good, just a short walk from the tram stop. Although the neighborhood wasn't the prettiest, there were convenient shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby.

The staff at the hotel were not very friendly or cute. They didn't smile and seemed quite rude.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the value for money was incredible. I couldn't believe how affordable it was compared to other places I've stayed. Secondly, the attention to detail was remarkable. From the beautifully decorated rooms with private bathrooms and amazing views, to the delicious breakfast served every morning, everything was perfect. Lastly, the location was ideal. Situated on a narrow alley, it provided a quiet and peaceful atmosphere, yet it was still close to all the main attractions.

No improvements needed, it was all fabulous!
